Login issues, broken pages, listing upload problems, missing dashboard data, or errors while using the site.

What to include

  • Your UI email and the email or profile name of the other user, if relevant.
  • The listing title, listing URL, screenshot, transaction amount, and date of the incident.
  • A clear timeline of what happened and what outcome you are requesting.
